WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
After you book your vacation on Ziptothere.com, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation to the eMail address that you provide. Then, approximately two weeks prior to travel you will receive your travel documents.
The travel documents can include your air tickets, or eTicket receipt, vouchers for the hotel, transfers if applicable, and any add-on tours that you have reserved. If you do not receive an eMail confirmation, then call us. Do not try to book online again. This could be a sign that the booking was not made. If your booking was made and your eMail service has failed to deliver the email, you may be charged twice if you try to book online again. If you receive two email confirmations, call us immediately as you have two bookings and you are being charged twice.
If you do not receive your travel documents two weeks prior to travel, call us so that we can send them to you immediately.
Payment is in full by credit card at the time of booking. Your card will be charged once for the air portion if applicable and a second time for the land portion.
If you wish to make changes prior to your travel date you can call our reservations number for assistance at 1-866-239-9970. Please remember to read the Terms & Conditions as penalties may apply for cancellations or changes. Purchase of the travel insurance can help protect you if you need to cancel the vacation.

If you are flying, remember to arrive at the airport early. Do not start your vacation in a mad rush. We like to be at the airport two hours in advance of flight time so that when we zip off, we are not frenzied.
When you zip back home again, drop us an eMail and tell us about your trip. |
