1. What Is A Group ?

10 or more passengers departing from the same city on the same flight (domestic USA) or 10 or more airline seats and 10 or more rooms at one hotel on the same reservation regardless of originating city.

2. What happens if we have individuals traveling from different cities
on different dates but staying at the same hotel with the group ?

Individual air reservations may be added to your land portion in addition to your group air.

3. Does Everyone have to Travel on the Same Date ?

We can book the land portion of your group as long as there is an overlap with all of the passengers for a minimum of three nights during their stay.

4. What’s included in our Packages ?

All air/land packages include:

• Air rates, taxes, fuel surcharges and any U.S. and foreign departure taxes

• Hotel accommodations, taxes, resort fees, transfers as applicable and various group amenities offered

5. What are the deposits requirements ?

Air and land packages minimum of $200 per person due at signing of terms and condition agreement.

6. How do I make payments ?

Payments may be made by credit card or check.

7. Can I make changes ?

Yes, changes can be made within the terms and conditions of your group agreement.

8. Are there cancellation penalties ?

Cancellation penalties will be apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of your specific group requirements.

9. Do you offer a group travel protection plan ?

Yes, we offer an excellent Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan that will cover you entire group package. Be sure to ask about it.
